Supervise

For a More Secure Partnership:

our Right to Supervise, Verify, and Enforce

At Zoryor, we believe real trust is earned through enforceable rights—not just promises. That’s why we proactively grant you multiple, concrete channels to supervise our performance, verify our claims, and protect your interests—at every stage of cooperation.

If you ever experience issues with equipment quality, delivery timelines, or after-sales support, you’re not limited to informal discussions. You have four tiers of recourse, backed by contracts, institutions, and law:

✅ 1. Contractual & Third-Party Protection
Clear penalties. Independent verification. Zero ambiguity.

Enforceable Contract Terms:
Delayed delivery? 0.5% of order value per day as liquidated damages.
No response to core component failure within 48 hours (warranty period)? You’re entitled to a full machine replacement at no cost.
→ These clauses are legally binding—no negotiation needed.
Third-Party Testing on Demand:

If performance or accuracy is questioned, you may appoint a mutually agreed international lab (SGS, TÜV, etc.) for verification.

→ We cover all testing costs.

→ If failure is confirmed: unconditional replacement/refund + compensation for your production losses.
🏛️ 2. Official & Platform-Based Oversight
Escalate to neutral authorities when needed.

China’s National 12315 Platform:

File formal complaints with order/test evidence. We’re legally required to respond within 48 hours.
CCPIT & Foreign Trade Channels:

For cross-border cooperation disputes, contact the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) or local FIE complaint centers for mediation.
B2B Platform Intervention:

If ordered via Alibaba.com or similar platforms, file an after-sales dispute—the platform will publicly track resolution and enforce penalties.
⚖️ 3. Legal Enforcement Pathways
Binding arbitration. Cross-border enforcement. Real consequences.

International Arbitration:

Contracts include CIETAC/SCIA arbitration clauses. Awards are enforceable in 165+ countries under the New York Convention.
Domestic Litigation (China):

Court judgments can trigger asset freezing or account seizure to ensure compliance.
Multilateral Recourse:

For systemic issues (e.g., IP, trade barriers), your government may escalate via WTO mechanisms, or you may pursue litigation in your home jurisdiction (service per Hague Convention).
🔁 4. Long-Term Accountability = Shared Success
Your feedback directly shapes our incentives.

Every quarter, long-term partners receive a Service Evaluation Form.
If your rating falls below 80/100, your next order receives an automatic 5% discount.
Your score impacts our internal KPIs—your voice drives our improvement.
We don’t fear oversight—we invite it.

Because only when you feel fully empowered to hold us accountable can we truly earn your long-term trust.

This is how “growing together” moves from slogan to reality.
